This shot is of East and West Spanish Peak from I-25 just south of Walsenburg, Colorado. The Huerfano County Spanish Peaks stand alone by themselves. West Spanish Peak (on the right) is the easternmost peak with an elevation of over 4,000 meters in the United States. The area is rich in history and can be viewed all along the scenic Highway of Legends byway.
