This fine art photograph features Colorado 14er Mt. Bierstadt with an elevation of 14,060 ft. above sea level along with the Sawtooth taken near Guanella Pass near Georgetown in early August. Mount Bierstadt is one of the most popular 14ers in Colorado because of it's proximity to Denver, straightforward route to the summit, and accessibility by low clearance vehicle. It is a great hike, but don't expect any solitude on summer weekends. There must have been at least a hundred people on the summit when we hiked it!
